In order to recover from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, not only nuclear engineering but also the overall engineering is essential. Based on such thought, we participated in creating a new vision and the following report at The Ad Hoc Engineering Vision Working Group, which was organized in School of Engineering The University of Tokyo. Our laboratory is also in charge of contribution to attainment of this vision.
